Last Monday, May 11, 2026, the inaugural meeting of Theorema4H’s Scientific Committee was held. This committee is a support body created to define new lines of research and promote valuable initiatives for all stakeholders in the National Health System.
“We believe that a multidisciplinary perspective is key to generating lasting scientific knowledge that provides long-term benefits,” says Alexandra Ivanova, General Director of Theorema4H. For this reason, the Committee has been created with the clear objective of strengthening collaboration among professionals from different branches of science and the healthcare sector, while promoting methodological, care-related, and organizational innovation.
It is an honor to have Ms. Beatriz González López-Valcárcel, Professor of Economics at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, as Chair of the Committee. In her opinion, “the work of this Committee should help focus efforts on projects that are better suited to the needs of the sector and offer greater operational and economic feasibility.”
Likewise, this Committee is made up of a total of 11 members from different professional profiles and geographical areas. For more information about the members of the Committee, please visit: https://theorema4h.com/comite-cientifico/
The work will be structured around two meetings per year, whose main objective will be to monitor progress, analyze results, propose new actions, and assess challenges and opportunities.
The establishment of this Scientific Committee is a further step in Theorema4H’s commitment to the sector and in fulfilling its Corporate Social Responsibility duty. This action will make it possible to translate theory into practice with the best guarantees of success: the experience, knowledge, and great professionalism of the Committee members. It will also help promote initiatives and collaborations that provide added value to the National Health System for the benefit of society as a whole.
